Experienced Brewer Needed in Boston

Emerging Microbrewery extending an opportunity to a Boston area (or Boston bound) brewer who is looking to take his/her next career step. We are searching for a third partner with industry experience, and the desire to grow his/her own brand.
• Responsible for all aspects of brewing operations, including brewing, packaging, cleaning and sanitation, raw material procurement, utilities, and safety
• Responsible for the development of the product portfolio; developing and fine-tuning recipes to meet development goals
• Responsible for maintaining batch reports, quality control, and process controls
• Responsible for developing and executing production schedules
Our ideal applicant has/is:
• A profound love for the art of brewing; is consistently on top of new trends and stays current with brewing literature
• Experience with open fermentation
• Cellar experience
• A Motivated/Self Starter
• Desire to launch a small business at the ground floor
In addition to competitive pay and benefits, a bonus plan to include company equity will be offered to the right applicant.
