Gibb’s Hundred Brewing Company was born out of a love of beer and a desire to feel a deeper sense of community. We've been open for six months, and have already establish a good following for our beers all around North Carolina's Triad and in Charlotte as well. We're looking for a Head Brewer who can brew our existing beers with close attention to quality and consistency, and help us develop new beers that will take us to the next level. We brew on a 15bbl US-made system, and are currently selling product in kegs only.
We’re looking for someone with brewing experience and preferably technical training (Siebel, Davis, etc); someone who is excited to come in on the early days of a new brewery; someone who wants to be part of a team that is working hard to see how far we can take our passion for beer!
