Wanted: Full time Brewer positions.
Alamo Beer Company in San Antonio is growing. We have expanded our brands and opened our new Beer Hall and Beer Garden, and now we need more brewers.
So, we are taking applications for Brewer positions. Positions are full time and salaried. Previous experience in a brewpub or packaging brewery is beneficial. Brewer’s certifications a plus, but not needed.
Applicants should be able to lift 55 lb. loads repeatedly, work on their feet for long periods, work well with others, have a reliable mode of transportation and work alternating shifts.
Duties will include, but not be limited to Brewhouse management, fermentation, cellaring, yeast handling, keg washing, keg filling, cleaning, washing, packaging, beer line cleaning, and maintenance.
Did I mention how wonderful the weather is in Southern Texas? NO SNOW! The summers are, well, hot. That’s why we have air conditioning. But NO SNOW!
