Zephyr Brewing Company in Denver, CO is seeking a Brewing Intern to join the brewing team.
Us: We are a 4 month old start up brewery with 2 owners and a 3 person brewing team. We are located in the heart of downtown's booming River North (RiNo) district. The brew system is a 7 bbl system. As we continue to grow, the current Head Brewer and the brewing team are looking for some help with the load.
You: Knowledgeable in the process of brewing and science of brewing. Hard working and willing to get your hands dirty while cleaning.
Position: Unpaid, but great experience and resume builder for aspiring brewers. The duties will include pre-brew day cleaning and prep, assistance on brew day, post-brew day transfers, grain and yeast pickup/delivery, etc.
