Summary: Craft Canning + Bottling is a mobile canning and bottling company based in NE Portland. We work throughout Oregon and Washington providing packaging for breweries, cideries, wineries, and coffee brewers.
Job Description: The Office Manager and Customer Service Representative will oversee all office and packaging operations pertaining to Craft Canning + Bottling working to maximize efficiency to increase profitability and team success!
Duties and responsibilities:
Schedule and Coordinate canning and bottling appointments with breweries via phone and email
Build, maintain and enhance relationships with brewery contacts
Schedule employees based on the brewery schedule
Efficiently maintain office operations and procedures (including preparing payroll, designing filing systems, invoicing vendors, AP/AR)
Send checks for any bills or invoices that come in
Relay client and appointment details to staff
Maintain office organization thru use of google apps for business
Maintain calendar with appointment details and schedules
Create invoices / manage overdue accounts in Quickbooks
Deposit checks as soon as they arrive in the mail
Coordinate shipping pick up and arrival dates
Record and maintain inventory
Fill out credit applications and any other forms needed
Organize and buy office and packaging supplies
Negotiate rates, discounts and cost with vendors
Light warehouse work infrequently required
Qualifications/Requirements:
Ability to communicate professionally verbally and in writing
Excellent organization and time management skills
Detail oriented
Problem solving skills
Proficient in Quickbooks and Google Drive
Strong typing and computer skills
Able to lift 25 lbs
Knowledge of beer
Must be trustworthy and a self starter
