Linden Distributing Co., Inc is a family owned, multi-brand wholesaler located in beautiful Southern Arizona. We distribute the fine brands from Anheuser-Busch Inbev, MillerCoors, Constellation Brands, Heineken, Four Peaks…among many, many others.
We are looking for a dynamic sales and marketing leader, who has the desire and ability to take the bull by the horns and lead our business forward!
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years experience in the beer industry, a college degree (MBA preferred), people management and development experience, and track record of success in the industry.
Job Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Delivering against annual volume and profit plans
- Own goal setting and annual supplier volume and budgetary planning processes
- Manages monthly and annual budgetary spending across entire organization
- Guides thought process and approves all Monthly Business Objectives and is responsible for delivery by sales organization
- Play the primary role in all high leverage supplier communications and planning
- Driver of weekly cross-functional planning processes
- Instill and foster a culture of hard work, accountability, teamwork and trust
- Develop our brand and social media presence
Compensation will include: base salary, monthly bonus based on company MBO performance, annual bonuses based on achievement of profit and volume objectives, 401k, comprehensive healthcare plan and vacation.
