Enjoyment and Experience:
- Demonstrated long-term commitment to the industry and love cleaning as much as brewing
- Enjoy people, have a passion for making quality beer, getting dirty and maintaining a passion for all beers made in house.
- Safety oriented and aware
- Ability to lift 75 pounds or move 150 pounds
- Attention to detail and patience for brewing process to achieve high standards of quality
- Team player , clear communicator, problem solver
- Ability to work unsupervised, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Must be able to work morning or evening shift in a 7 day a week production type environment
