We are small midwestern brewery looking for an assistant brewer to help with all brewing related activities. The candidate will also need to work in the taproom and help in pretty much any other another capacities as needed by the brewery. Brewer will also help provide input on recipe development and quality assurance and business development.
General Requirements:
Must be a respectful, open minded team player who loves making beer
Must be willing to stand 8-10 hours a day.
Must be able to lift 75 lb.
Must have good working knowledge of the commercial brewing process with some real experience.
Must have great customer service skills
Must have good computer skills
Must understand brewery safety issues
Must be a hard worker and willing to put in long hours when the schedule dictates it.
Beard optional, pants required.
