Two Brothers Brewing Company, an 18 year old craft brewery in Illinois, is expanding with a new brewpub in historic Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona. Our 10bbl brewery will be complete and installed in early September 2015. We are looking for an experienced brewer with a passion for producing high quality beer and desire to be an onsite brand ambassador. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of professional brewing experience, detailed knowledge of brewing in a pub setting, along with a flexible work schedule and attention to detail. A multi week pre-opening training period at our locations in Warrenville, IL and Aurora, IL will be allow for interaction with our Two Brothers team and a chance to learn our culture.
Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
*All aspects of brewhouse operations
*Recipe Development
*Monitoring processes and record-keeping
*Yeast Management
*Quality Assurance
*Basic Lab work
*Material ordering and inventory management
*Cost control management
*Cleanliness and sanitation
*Routine troubleshooting
*Guest interaction and knowledge sharing
*Event participation
*Brewer's Guild participation
*Strong Communication with Two Brothers team
