The Saint Louis Brewery is looking for an experienced brewer to produce high quality Schlafly Beer products at Schlafly Bottleworks, our automated production brewery located in Maplewood, MO. The Brewer operates in an automated brew house to execute a weekly brewing schedule, performs tests reported to Quality Assurance at various stages of the brewing process and has direct, hands-on responsibility for producing quality beer in a safe manner. This position will also be expected to attend and participate in festivals and activities featuring Schlafly Beer as needed and represent the company in a positive manner at all times. This position is on a rotating schedule and requires an individual with open availability to work any shift. Professional brewing experience is required, a degree or diploma in brewing or fermentation science is preferred.
