    DESCRIPTION
With BrewDog due to break ground on a 42 acre patch of land in Columbus, Ohio, in August 2015, we’re looking for an industry leading Head of Production to lead our flagship facility in the USA. This is an incredible opportunity for an established Brewery Manager, Head of Production or Master Brewer with a brilliant attitude, a thirst for great beer, a technically flawless CV, and proven business prowess to join the BrewDog team.

Reporting to our BrewDog Columbus CEO, you will carry on our legacy for creating world class craft beers in our USA facility, ensuring that any beers we produce State side meet the same rigorous criteria and standards of quality we expect from our beers at our Head Quarters in Ellon. When it comes to our Headliner and Amplified range of beers, you’ll make it your mission to ensure that it is impossible to distinguish the beers brewed in Columbus from those brewed at our flagship brewery in Ellon, even in a blind taste panel run by our expert Quality team.

A phenomenal leader who can do more than just talk the talk, you will be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get elbow deep in hops as you train, facilitate and inspire our production crew in the brewing, packaging and supply of outstanding craft beers. You’re not one to shy away from a challenge because you quite simply love what you brew, believing that the people on your team are your greatest assets and their achievements the best reflection of your success.
