Wooden Bear is looking for a full-time brewer to join our team in Greenfield, IN. We're a 5bbl brewhouse that has been open for a year, with a taproom and a great customer base that loves a wide-variety of styles. This job will allow you to experiment and get to handle all steps of the brewing process: Collaborate in Recipe Formulation, Brew Schedule, Handle brewing, transfer, cip, kegging, inventory, ordering, yeast management, & equipment maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Must be experienced and skilled in all Brewing & Cellar Operations
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a production brewery.
- Professional Brewing degree / recognized Brewing Program strongly preferred
- Strong business skills strongly preferred
- Must be well-organized, self-motivated, hardworking, & have great communication skills
