Purpose of Role
The Quality Manager is champion and expert for the sustainable, right first time
quality performance of the the end to end operation of our state of the art
brewery. From analytical controls, laboratory management to sensory the role
will include, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Incoming raw material assurance, analytical and sensory tests
- Finished good control in our laboratory (micro, chemical/physical stability)
- Establish HACCP plan and lead certification process for a variety of
- Monitor operations against QA guidelines, which you will establish
- Maintain accurate quality controls and sample protocol
- Ensure production areas are maintained to the highest hygienic standards
- Represent Brunswick Bierworks at quality and taste reviews with our partners
Our Ideal Candidate
Quality aficionado gal/guy through and through, possess great attention to detail,
thinks of taste, quality and operational excellence. Challenges status quo and is
comfortable in the lab coat and loves the microscope more than the smartphone.
We are looking for natural leaders with a proven track record in laboratory, food
safety, compliance, quality operation. You have a minimum of 3 years experience
in a related role, and ideally you graduated/ apprenticed with a microbiology,
pharmaceutical, brewing or ? degree from one of the recognized institution. You
may even be in the process of finishing your education and do have practical
experience and transition from part time to full time. Talk to us!

- Assures consistent product integrity from raw material to finished goods
- Monitors operations against quality assurance guidelines
- Leads certification process to HACCP and further standards over the next 3 years
