Beer brewer and sales manager
Oslo Brewing Co. is looking for a brewer with sales experience to run core business operations
Oslo Brewing Co. is a craft beer company from Oslo, Norway. We love Oslo, we’re putting it on the map, through beer. Beer production is in Oslo and nearby regions, with a concrete strategy to expand internationally. This is where you, as brewer come in. We need you to control our brewing strategy tightly aligned with where our company is headed. We want you to embrace our beer philosophy, but still challenge us and the way beer is produced and crafted today.
Responsibilities include:
Integrating our production strategy with the company's strategy and brand story
Recipe and product development
Control over the production schedule, Brew our beer at selected partner facilities
Sales & prospecting in HORECA and retail markets
Managing employees in logistics and distribution
Finding creative and innovative ways to create local and international opportunities within brewing
Experience:
3 years in production level brewery
The following additional experiences are a plus
1 - 2 years in beverage sales (retail or HORECA)
(or)
1 - 2 years in management
Qualities:
Must have a genuine passion about beer and must share our philosophy around beer, but be creative and constantly challenge our ideas.
Must be able to work independently, while you have to lead others
Proactive and responsive when handling our customers – you’re always one step ahead on the ideas and solutions area
Thrives on high ambitions and digs to be a part of our start-up company aiming high
