Two Henrys Brewing Company is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our brewery team full time. Situated in eastern Hillsborough County, we are a small, but growing, operation with distribution reaching from Key West to Tallahassee. We operate as a sister company to the Keel and Curley Winery and employees often will have opportunities to cross train between the winery, brewery and packaging lines. The assistant brewer will report directly to the head brewer and will be responsible for cleaning and sanitation of vessels, preparation of brewing ingredients, cleaning kegs, kegging finished product, other general cellar activities, pulling orders for distribution and eventually may be tasked with operation of brew house.
Qualified candidates will possess:
1) A high degree of adaptability
2) An ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
3) The capacity to stand for long periods of time as well as to frequently lift 50+ pounds
4) Previous experience in the industry and experience with sanitation practices
5) A positive attitude and desire for continuous improvement
6) A love of good beer
Candidates with mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability are preferred.
