Qualifications
*1-2 years Commercial Brewery experience
*Formal brewing education not required but a plus
*Ability to perform all brewery operations
*Dependable
*Strong work ethic
*Knowledge of Mac a plus
*Sense of humor a necessity
Responsibilities
*Brewhouse operations, transfers, cellaring, packaging, and marketing.
*Ability to keep accurate records
*Solid skills in CIP and SIP
*Mandatory understanding and implementation of industry safe practices concerning daily operations.
*Ability to perform other related assigned duties
