Crescent City Brewhouse is now hiring a head brewer. In business now for over 26 years, we are the French Quarter's only brewpub. 3 years of experience working in a commercial brewery are required. Schooling and certifications are a strong plus. The head brewer, with oversight from the brewmaster, is responsible for the entire operation of the brewery from top to bottom. This is a very autonomous job that requires a self motivated individual who takes significant pride in his own work. We have a 17 bbl, three vessel brewery. Salary is competitive, negotiable, and based on experience. We are looking to fill this position ASAP.
