Good City Brewing Co, a rapidly growing 1-year-old microbrewery located on the busy east side of Milwaukee, WI, has an immediate opening for a full time brewing position.
This will be an hourly, full time position, with duties including (but not limited to) wort production, beer transfers, packaging (keg cleaning/filling and assisting with canning line operation), tank cleaning, general cleaning, yeast management, and dry hopping. The ideal candidate will be interested in all facets of beer production, and MUST have either brewing-specific education (Siebel, UC Davis, etc) OR some professional brewing experience.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to work hard and take on new responsibilities as needed, an ability to multitask, and an eagerness to learn and continue learning.
