Greenpoint Beer and Ale in Brooklyn NY is looking for an Assistant Brewer, preferably with previous brewing experience.
Responsibilities include:
Milling grain, lifting 110lbs of grain into mash tun. (Very manual brewhouse)
Cleaning and filling kegs. Assisting in canning runs.
Performing CIP on brewhouse, fermenter, brite, etc.
Assisting with recipe development and coming up with beer names.
And much more. We're a small crew, so we all do a little bit of everything.
