The Assistant Brewer will help the Head Brewer in all aspects of brewery operation, and will oversee cellar operations.
Salary: $35,000 plus incentives—negotiable depending on experience.

- 1 year active experience in a 10BBL+ production brewhouse
- Experience with traditional brewing techniques
- Experience with basic quality control practices
- Ability to operate forklift
- Ability to oversee cellar operations
- 21 years of age minimum
