Wynkoop is Colorado's O.G. Brewpub, home to tastemakers and rule breakers. For almost three decades we have been brewing handcrafted beer in our modest basement brewery underneath Denver's largest pool hall. We have an outstanding opportunity for a talented, creative, and passionate Assistant Brewer/Cellar Person to join our team.
This is a full time (40 hour/week) position working under the direction of our fantastic Head Brewer, Todd Bellmyer. General duties include: milling, brewing, cellar work, cleaning draft lines, cleaning tanks and filling kegs. Must be able to stand on your feet for 8+ hours, lift 55 lb bags and 170 lb kegs repeatedly. The role requires a teamwork oriented, responsible, and self-motivated individual with a passion for the craft beer community and a desire to continue learning and growing within the industry.
The ideal applicant will offer:
-2+ years of experience working in a brewery
-Must be over 21
-Must be able to maintain a safe, sanitary and organized work environment
-Formal brewing experience is a plus
-Mechanical aptitude, basic problem solving and math skills
-Ability to work well independently and collaboratively

Pay Range $16-20/hour with a performance review and a possible pay increase after 4 months
