  • Brewer Wanted at Vicious Fishes Brewery in Angier, NC (outside of Raleigh)

Vicious Fishes is a multi-location brewery based in the Triangle area of North Carolina. We embrace a taproom-centric model and will soon have three locations to serve our customers as well as a secondary brewery operation for barrel-resident fermentations.

Our ‘production’ brewery will soon move to downtown Cary, NC. It will also feature a taproom and a large biergarten. Our Apex, NC location features an enormous, family-friendly biergarten and our coffee concept, Piranha Joe. We expect that we will be able to build a flagship brewery on the Apex footprint at some point in the future (2024-2025). Fuquay-Varina is home to our 300+ seat gastropub, which was the winner of Indy Week’s Best New Restaurant in Wake County award in 2019. Our Angier location hosts our aging facility for mixed-culture sour beers and barrel-aged stouts.

We are currently hiring a Brewer. This role will begin work in our current Angier production location and will move to downtown Cary upon the opening of that facility, expected in Q1 2023.
