    Crazy Mountain Brewing Company is Hiring a Full-Time Cellar Hand

    One of Colorado’s fastest growing craft breweries is hiring a Cellar Hand to join our quickly expanding team in our Denver Brewery. *The ideal candidate will have great passion for craft beer and a desire to innovate while maintaining the highest levels of quality and brand integrity.

    Job Description:

    This position is responsible for providing outstanding leadership. *You should be passionate about craft brewing, inspiring others, coaching, and delivering the best products possible while maintaining, and constantly striving to expand a profitable environment. *You must possess strong skills in all technical aspects of brewing and maintain high standards of facility management, including brewery sanitation, safety, quality control, and reporting.

    Job Responsibilities:
    - Build, lead, inspire and maintain a strong team culture
    - Manage and coordinate all cellar activities
    - Conduct regular CIP and sanitation procedures
    - Compile and update complete SOP
    - Conduct daily QA/QC procedures
    - Manage and operate all filtering procedures
    - Help with the preparation and packaging of daily orders
    - Must be willing to work night and weekend shifts as needed
    - Have an obsession with maintaining a clean production facility
    - Must be a creative and proactive team member looking to enhance a quality driven environment
    - Be proficient in basic lab work
    - Hire, train and manage all cellar staff
    - Maintain barrel-aging program
    - Assist in any other tasks needed to run a successful brewery
    - Maintain a safe and secure working environment

    Primary Relationships:
    This position reports to the Cellar Manager and serves as a member of the production team. Within CMBC, this position has primary working relationships with brewers, cellar team, packaging team, laboratory staff, and the plant engineer.

    Qualifications Required:
    
- 1 - 3 years experience in a production brewery preferred
    - Fundamental knowledge of plumbing and machinery
    - Excellent industry knowledge, including sensory analysis
    - Strong work ethic is a must
    - Experience with packaging lines a plus
    - Ability to operate Microsoft Office
    - Must be 21+
    - Strong problem solving skills
    - Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    - Strong initiative and integrity
    - Must be able to multitask and think quickly on your feet
    - Must have a positive can-do attitude
