BabyCat Brewery will be opening in the Rockville/Bethesda area in 2022. Seeking a cellar person with experience brewing on a 10BBL brewhouse or larger. The specific area for the brewery will be the towns first production brewery ever! This is the chance to build a community focused brewery from the ground up. We are seeking an ambitious brewer that is ready to take on all aspects of brewing operations and fully explore their beer making creativity and imagination.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 plus years commercial Brewery experience
- Experience with recipe development
- Excellent communication, time management, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Commitment to quality, safety, and hard work.
Salary range is negotiable depending on experience and level of involvement and commitment.
