Currently hiring a Market Manager with 3-5 years of experience in craft beer sales, events/promotions, and distributor management in the California Central Coast area (San Luis Obispo based).
Candidate possess the following:
21+ years old
Punctuality
Excellent execution skills
Great presence
Communicate properly
No DUI convictions
Work well with others
Be very familiar with on-premise sales
Love selling craft beer
This position requires a fair share of odd hours, such as evenings and weekends to conduct tap takeovers, promotions, pint nights, beer fests, charity events, so this should be taken into account upon applying for this position.
Compensation:
$35k-$40k + very attainable quarterly incentives. First year expected pay with incentives is about $55k, more for an experienced individual. In addition, we have an excellent healthcare program and 401k program.
This brewery is a family owned, family operated brewery with a very friendly atmosphere!
