Battle Born is a brand-driven beer with a specific mission to become the flagship beer for the state of Nevada (like Lone Star for TX).
We're not looking to out-craft the craft market with the next fleeting trend. Battle Born is a single product brand with 4 packaged SKUs and kegs. Any new products will be based on high-level consumer and market insights with deliberate and focused brand, marketing, and sales plans.
We have been producing Battle Born Beer in the Northern Nevada market since 2019 and are now poised for distribution in Southern Nevada. We need an experienced, smart, and dedicated Area Sales Manager to lead our penetration in the greater Las Vegas market.
The ideal candidate will first have a grasp of the brand and what we're trying to accomplish. Will need someone with strategic perspective on account growth to plan and execute a daily schedule of calls and routes, and report on issues in the market. Our distributor is our biggest customer, so experience with distribution development and relationship with their reps is key. We use VIP/Karma, so knowledge of that platform is important.
Base salary commensurate with experience with a tiered bonus system on POD growth. There is also an opportunity for equity for a franchise player.
