We are seeking an experienced and driven Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative to help us expand our reach and increase sales in our distribution areas. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing relationships with existing accounts, identifying and securing new accounts, and ensuring our craft beers are well represented in the market. This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for craft beer and the brewing industry.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative to help us expand our reach and increase sales in our distribution areas. Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with existing accounts, including distributors, bars, restaurants, and retailers.
- Identify and secure new accounts within the distribution area, including chain accounts, independents, and specialty retailers.
- Conduct regular sales calls and visits to accounts to ensure our products are well represented and to drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at accounts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions to increase sales and expand distribution.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Attend industry events and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and promotions.
- Provide regular feedback to the production team on product demand and customer preferences.
- Assist with other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of craft beer and the brewing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the distribution area.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
