Our Industrial Fermentation Team is looking for a Fermentation Shift Supervisor to help take us to the next level. In response to record breaking sales in 2021, our fermentation tank capacity has doubled and we are growing fast. Our core function is managing microbial fermentations to produce the raw bacteria for a range of environmentally-conscious products and solutions.
Ideal candidates would have a mind for systems, for experimentation, and process development as well as a curious, collaborative mindset and servant-leader approach to team building. Experience with direct reports preferred. Shift work will be required. This role has health insurance, 401K match, and tuition assistance.
