  • experienced brewer

    Hello,

For the past twenty years I have been making great beer (yeah, really!) for New Jersey’s largest and busiest brewpub. For most of that time I ran the entire brewery as a one-man show, handling everything from grain deliveries to draught line maintenance.

I’ve brewed classic styles of ale and lager with full respect for tradition as well as original recipes designed to satisfy the beer drinking public’s endless thirst for novelty.

Now I am seeking a new situation somewhere in the Central NJ/Bucks County/Philadelphia area. My preference is for a head brewer position in a brewpub, but I would happily consider the right position in sales or production. Recently I have been learning as much as I can about cider making and distillation, two areas in our field that, I think, are ready to explode.

Rather than piling on the details here, I’d like to ask anyone who would like to see my resume or just have a chat to pm me here or send a note to
    Tsteve145atgmaildotcom

    Thanks,
    Tom
