Position: Sales Representative
Status: Full-Time
Location: South Denver, CO

POSITION SUMMARY
Elevation is hiring a full time Sales Representative, with the position covering territories from South Denver to Colorado Springs. The ideal candidate will live in the area and will work directly with our Sales Manager and Wholesaler team. The representative will be responsible for increasing on and off-premise placements, developing and maintaining relationships with wholesale and retail managers, and conducting special events and marketing efforts in the area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with our wholesaler continuously concentrating on:
o Increased package distribution
o Increase draft presence in each market
• Organize team-sell days with the Sales Manager or Wholesaler reps
• Coordinate and manage local marketing efforts with our marketing team
• Develop key customers in each territory and maintain honest relationships with retailers with the goal of increasing sales
• Plan and execute promotion events, which may happen outside of normal business hours
• Manage pre-delivery sales for key accounts of our specialty and barrel-aged products
• Conduct monthly and quarterly wholesale wrap up meetings covering distribution gains and sales results
• Completely understand and embrace Elevation’s brands and culture and educate our wholesalers, retailers, and fans
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Five (5) years relevant experience in alcohol beverage industry - Craft Brewery or Distributor experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree (or greater), preferably in Marketing or Business
• Excellent verbal communication including presentations and public speaking
• Computer savvy- particularly experienced with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Understanding of 3-tier system including how to work with various types of accounts
• Weekend and night work regularly required
• Passion for beer & the Colorado Craft Beer Industry as a whole is highly encouraged
