BREWER POSITION
Mad Fox Brewing Company
Brief Description
We seek to fill the position of Brewer to perform the following functions including but not limited to raw material handling, wort production, beer clarification, cellar work, cleaning and racking casks/ kegs, draft line cleaning and delivery of kegs to accounts in DC.
The strenuous work in our brewery requires a candidate to have the ability to lift and move 160+ pound kegs to a height of 2 feet.
Qualifications
We seek an individual that is able to work within set procedures with a passion for creating quality beer. An ideal candidate would possess practical brewing experience or formal brewery education but that is not a requirement. Applicant must have a clean driving record.
Compensation
Salary is commensurate with experience and training. Potential for benefits and PTO.
The Brewery
Mad Fox Brewing Company opened in July 2010 is a brewpub located in the City of Falls Church, Virginia that supplies a taproom in the Glover Park neighborhood of Washington, DC. Production in 2015 was 1700 barrels. We are growing with distribution Virginia and DC and expect to continue this growth through continued expansion of our production capacity.
