We are looking for a passionate Regional Sales Manager with experience in Stainless Steel Brewery equipment who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. Ideal candidate will be in the Seattle, WA, market.
You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, establishing relationships with new customers, and connecting with key stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
•4 year degree in Business, Marketing or similar degree program with 3-5+ years’ sales and account management experience in the craft beer industry.
•Ideal candidate must be self-motivated, have excellent written skills, verbal communication and strong leadership skills.
•Candidate must have considerable knowledge of brewing industry sales and marketing standards, effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
•This position also requires excellent time management skills as well as very strong analytical and problem solving skills.
•Candidates must have a flexible schedule; ability to work nights and potential weekends.
•Candidates must have a clean driving record, comprehensive auto insurance and a valid driver’s license.
•BS in chemical engineering or food science or a bachelor’s degree with relevant industry experience.
•Plant operational experience with sufficient knowledge in different unit operations like extraction tanks, mixing tanks, pumps, heat exchangers, bottle fillers and cappers, CIP equipment etc.
•Experience in a beverage/brewery manufacturing environment or equivalent industry experience.
•Experience as a brew master in tea/coffee/beer/wine or equivalent industry is preferred.
•Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP/HARPC, OSHA, and health department regulations is required.
•Excellent communication and decision making skills, well organized and entrepreneurial.
•Candidates must be proficient in MS Office software including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
