The Account Manager will be the main point of contact for customers in the Southern Region and will manage scheduling calendar and supply logistics. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to make a positive impact!
Responsibilities
Customer support (sales onboarding, canning date scheduling, collect feedback, monthly statement review)
Canning Operations support (logistics, supplies, scheduling)
Supply management and ordering (artwork review, inventory management, order tracking)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Dependable, professional, cheerful, motivated, team player
