U Turn BBQ is searching for a Brewmaster for our Lafayette, CO location. This position will be responsible for all aspects of operations. They must have a strong technical understanding and experience with the brewing process, quality control, and packaging methods.
Requirements include:
• Ability to follow developed recipes and physically manage the entire brewing process; including brewing, cellaring, filtering, and packaging each batch of beer as needed to meet company demand.
• Understanding of all brewing equipment while implementing safety regulations, and quality control techniques.
• Maintaining professional relationships with all suppliers and oversee the ordering of all raw materials.
• Development of brew reports and maximizing productivity with all operations.
• Participating in company events as needed.
• Willingness to closely adhere to existing Uturn recipes and procedures. Our goal is quality and consistency... good n' fast!
Uturn BBQ is a small, family owned brewery and drive-thru... the first of its kind! The Brewmaster position is a great opportunity for a shift brewer with excellent operational knowledge to take the next step in their career.
