Brewer/Cellar/Packaging Position
Established award winning centrally located brewery in Montana, with an annual barrel production over 8000bbl, is looking for a hardworking, brewer to join our production team. This position is full-time hourly with paid vacation and sick leave as well as health and dental benefits.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
• CIP of fermenters/bright tanks/brew house
• Beer transfers/prep for packaging
• Fermentation monitoring
• Cleaning and filling kegs
• Packaging products in bottles/cans
• Warehousing (forklift certification a plus)
• Preparing orders for shipment
• Bottling preparation, box building, 6pk building
• Cellaring duties, filtering, tank cleaning, floor cleaning, etc.
• Equipment repairs
• Maintain a clean & safe work space
• Wort production
• Recipe Formulation

• Strong knowledge of the brewing process
• Working to high quality standards with and without direct supervision
• Ability to lift 55 lbs to shoulder height repeatedly
• Ability to move a 165lb keg
• A positive attitude
• The ability to receive & give criticism in a constructive manner
• The ability to use MS word and excel
• Brewing degree/certificate or a degree in related science
• Engineering, processing, mechanic or electrician experience is a plus
• Award winning recipe formulation is a plus
