We are a family run brewery just outside of Barcelona, Spain. This region is particularly renowned for its exciting gastronomic scene. With this scene, the craft beer movement is also blending in at a steady pace. Our approach is to offer a craft beer that can fit in with the high-end gastronomy that exists.
Founded in the year 2014, we are now brewing 4 recipes year round and 4 seasonal ones, made from raw materials directly imported from Belgium, USA, England and Germany. We brew both top and bottom fermented. Beers, once fully matured in CCTs, we bottle in 2 sizes and fill into Kegs and Keykegs. Apart from everyday brewery duties, there are projects on the side like installing tapping machines for customers, offer beer tastings and of course your own related ideas are welcomed.
We are also in the process of launching a new brand as well as opening a taproom.
As of now, we are looking for a brewmaster who, in the best case, has the following characteristics:
-thorough knowledge of the brewing process, experience in applying this knowledge as brewmaster, a diploma or certification of a renowned brewing school such as VLB etc.
-flexibility, creativeness and the ability to find situational solutions to problems appearing
-mechanical knowledge in fixing machinery is appreciated, as well as maintenance of the machines.
-communication - at least fluent English, ideally also in Spanish
-interested in experimental brews on the side, and new approaches in beer and gastronomy
-possible to start in mid November 2018
