Epic Brewing Company’s is seeking a warehousing and logistics manager. This position works closely with all other production supervisors: Brewing, Cellars, Packaging and Sales/Administration Support. Key responsibilities for the position include:

- Schedule, manage and supervise warehouse team(s) to ensure appropriate shift coverage for multiple daily and night shifts maximizing efficiency of production’s raw material needs and order fulfillment.
- Manage order fulfillment for local and out-of-state orders while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Manage inventory of finished goods and raw materials; schedule and manage cycle and monthly inventory counts.
- Ensure all raw materials are on hand for manufacturing’s weekly needs.
- Ensure proper inventory rotation and destruction.
- Work with Sales, Administrative Support and Operations Supervisors to assure smooth manufacturing, order fulfillment and date code management.
- Organize multiple warehousing locations.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse through the development and execution of a cleaning and sanitation program that fits within Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Train employees, conduct hiring, termination, disciplining and development.
- Train and supervise warehouse team on tasks and skills including, but not limited to: forklift safety, order picking/building, using inventory software, shipping, receiving, and transfer protocols.
- Competitively shop, manage, and book shipping for local and out of state transfers and orders.
- Manage and ensure maintenance of forklifts and box truck(s) and associated long-term and short-term leases.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of warehouse Management experience.
- Capable of operating and training staff on various warehouse equipment.
- Able to life 55 pounds regularly with reasonable accommodation.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Able to manage a team or employees spread across multiple functions and locations.
- Skilled in reporting to and working with upper management and ownership.
