Summary:
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to cleaning kegs and filling kegs in accordance to established Pennsylvania Brewing Company standard operating procedures. You will assist Packaging Technicians during bottling, canning and kegging operations, assist with warehousing duties, and general cleaning. You will report directly to the Director of Operations.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
Operate keg cleaning equipment in accordance with standard operating procedure in a safe manner
Fill kegs in accordance with standard operating procedure in a safe manner
Fill out paperwork to report production output data to Supervisors
Assist Packaging Technicians with can and bottle line operations
Assist warehouse crew with organization and cleanliness
Safely dispense and handle cleaning chemicals
Uphold Pennsylvania Brewing Company’s high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.
Reports any health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to management.
Arrives on time.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, duck, and lift.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Forklift experience a plus. Mechanical experience preferred
