This role is based out of the Mill Street Beer Hall in Toronto's Distillery District, where we have our 1.6Hl nano brewhouse and still. The beers from our nano brewery feed 6 taps at the bar and bottles that are sold in the attached retail shop. At the still we are currently producing whiskey, gin, and bierschnaps. At the nanobrewery, we are currently experimenting with different styles, techniques, barrels, fruits and spices, yeasts and bacteria. The roles is demanding in a sense that you will rarely brew the same batch twice, but would be the perfect fit for a brewer who loves experimentation, executing new recipes, and sharing their passion for brewing with consumers.
This role is highly independent, with a great deal of creative control, but will work in collaboration with our Brewmaster and team of head brewers to feed our innovation pipeline.

We are a 150,000Hl per annum brewery based out of Toronto, Canada with national distribution and 4 brewpubs across the country. We are known for our flagship - Original Organic Lager, but also release between 4-10 new innovations each year for national sale. The innovation brewer will brew more than 60 unique recipes per year.
