Outlaw Brewing is a craft brewery located in Bozeman, MT. We are seeking out an individual with experience to be the 3rd full time employee on our production team. This position would share responsibility in all areas of the brewing and packaging process. We enjoy mixing up the day to day tasks a bit so having someone who enjoys brewing but doesn’t mind running the filter or scrubbing tanks is the ideal situation. This 'all hands on deck' approach gives us the opportunity to have more flexibility in our scheduling and allows all of us to get out and enjoy the wonderful area we live in.
Primary tasks would include:
– Brewing on a 2 vessel 10BBL manual system
– Running a DE filter
– Canning line operation
– Tank cleaning and sanitization
– Keg washing
– General cleaning
Having experience in all areas is not necessary but a general understanding of brewery operations is ideal.
