Doylestown Contracting Services, located in southeastern PA and a subsidiary of Doylestown Brewing, is seeking a full-time brewer. This brewer will report to the head brewer, essentially be the peanut butter to his jelly, and will be responsible for the majority of the day to day aspects of operating a 7 bbl brew-house and contract brewing facility.
Responsibilities would include brewing, transferring, packaging, operating the canning line, tank CIP, filling/cleaning kegs, daily gravity readings, yeast cell counts (we are a small operation, so basically everything).
The qualified candidate must have the motivation and ability to work by oneself. Professional brewing experience is great, but not required. Homebrewing experience and/or a scientific education is also a plus. Basic brewing knowledge and a passion for beer is required."
