    Head Brewer

    1849 Brewing is a new full service brewpub with full bar located in Grass Valley, CA in beautiful Nevada County-Northern California. Small towns, big communities, open minds and beautiful rivers are just some of the amazing things Nevada County has to offer. We opened our doors 6 months ago and are having a great time making great beer, running our awesome kitchen, promoting our live music venue and building our business. Since we are not distributing yet we are looking for a part-time brewer (20-25hr/week) to run the day to day operations of our 15 bbl BrewHouse. The goal is that this job transitions to full time within next 6 months when we take on distribution. Other opportunities also be available in other departments.
