Nearly 2 years of experience in one of the largest barrel programs in the country and was eventually responsible for all director level day-to-day cold side operations from receipt of wort until packaged beer was given the go ahead to leave the building. Highly proficient with Barrel-IT, OrchestratedBeer's Barrel Management Console as well as general production tasks and Brew-Q. Skillset can easily be applied to clean beer production cellarwork but my passion definitely lies in oak aging and mixed fermentation.
