I was recently laid off from my position as Lead Brewer at a production facility due to cutbacks. I was with the company for five years and in that time I was promoted from Assistant brewer to Lead. I have experience doing everything in the brewery including brewing/cellaring/barrel aging/CIP/yeast handling/running canning line/etc. I worked on a two-vessel 15 bbl system with nine 30-bbl and one 15-bbl fermenters and a 30-bbl brite tank. I did all the day-to-day brewing onsite and this year we were slated to brew over 5,000 bbls.
