We’re hiring a full-time cellarperson/packaging assistant. Our beer production/packaging is expanding, and this is a vital role at Humble Sea — cellaring is a very important part of making great beer. We have a small, lean team in our brewhouse, and we work extremely hard. A thorough understanding of the brewing process is required (home-brewing at the least) and professional brewing experience is a big plus. This is an entry level position in the brewhouse so professional experience is not required but is recommended. Compensation depends on experience. Duties include: CIP fermentation tanks, brite tanks, and other cellar tanks. Keg cleaning, keg filling, dry hopping, general brewhouse maintenance/cleaning/organization, grain milling, barrel cleaning, canning and bottling. We're doing our best to keep everyone safe during this time.
