I know there is a huge variation in utility costs, but I'm trying to get a ballpark on what others usage for gas, electric, H2O are.
Looking at a 20bbl. Steam fired Production Brewery (no restaurant) 5 - 40bbl. fermenters, 2 - 40 bbl.brites, 10x20 walk in, in about 5000 square feet.
Can someone share their actual usage (eg. KWH, cubic feet gas) for a similar sized operation?
