I want to know if anyone had had issues after initial brewery startup with carbonation, we cant seem to figure out why our beer seems to have good carbonation in the tank but when served the beer seems flat? I personally am new to the professional brewing world and need info on this, is there any reference on this like blending pressure, pressure on the tank, carbonation issues, I am at a loss, can anyone help me out
