  • Indoor Burner Advice

Hello Friends, I am looking to acquire a direct fire burner that can be used inside. I am in MA and I am looking to heat a 3BBL Kettle (no fire box attached). My space will have a ventilation system.

The Kettle is 13 inches off the ground and of course can be raised if need be. The Brewers that used the kettle previously used a NG jet burner without a firebox that I know I won't be able to pull off in my Town/ State.

Any suggestions on burners and manufacturers of a round Firebox (32 inches across of less)?

    Many thanks......Kevin

    Convert to electric???

Might be easier to convert the kettle to be electric instead of direct fired. If so, reach out to Brewmation for elements. Get some TC ferrules, have a welder add them onto the kettle and attach elements.
