Anyone have an insight on where to find berliner weisse syrup? I know the brands and tried a few German deli websites, but having a tough time landing them, without outrageous shipping costs. Does anyone have an alternative as well? Down to try something other than the standard Woodruff and Raspberry. Just trying to have some fun with it.

For raspberry I use Monin, in fact I use Monin for all my flavored store bought syrups. Much better than Torani. Some of the best I've come across are Monin mango and grapefruit. We also make a lot of our own syrups, honeydew is my favorite. We juice a honeydew then add sugar to sweeten it up. This works with any fruit.
Another thing you can do that's quick and easy is buy juice concentrate at the supermarket and only use 1/4 of the water called for and then you have some fun syrups cheap. There's lots of great flavors to play with that wayOwner

Make your own
See subject.
Sugar/h20/puree'd or juiced fruit/herbs whatever combo you want.
Unless you are talking about doing multiple gallons, it's an easy way to make whatever you want.
