We're looking for a part time brewer to operate our 30bbl brewhouse and 3 bbl pilot system 2-3 days per week in Ridgewood, Queens, NY.
Grain to glass brewery production of small batch beers. Typically one brew per week, with kegging and bottling as appropriate.
Must have experience with the complete brew process, including pH and gravity readings, tap line cleaning, and barrel aging.
Do not necessarily need to have full production brewery experience. Can train on the system.
Must have solid technical mindset and problem solving skills.
Great opportunity for a current cellar person or skilled and high tech homebrewer.
